    Hi Chelsea

I have been getting the Sertraline back in my system after the illness I told you about. Its been about 10 days now and I feel dreadful; I'm constantly aware of my mind and have bad derealisation where I feel totally disconnected from normal life; even to the point where I struggle with having conversations as normal.stuff doesn't seem real, even though I know it is.

When I feel like this I can't believe I will ever feel normal again, and just don't want to face the day. Being stuck in my head is so exhausting and the feeling of unreality is so upsetting. I know the best way to deal with it is to try and ignore it and carry on regardless, but I find it so hard.

I really dont know if Sertraline is going to work for me....at the moment it really doesn't feel like it will. I know I'm a week behind you, and probably more now since my sickness, but previous AD's never took this long to be effective.

I just dont know what to do. Like you, my Psych wanted me to get to 200mgs, and said possibly even more, so I wonder whether I should just take the plunge and increase?

I hope things are looking up for you, and sorry to be a misery.

    xxx
