Increased fatigue due to pots?

I have been diagnosed with PoTS for over a year now and my symptoms still aren’t 100% under control due to slow appointments and difficulty finding a doctor in my area with enough knowledge of the condition. This past three weeks I have been experiencing a severe increase in fatigue, I could probably sleep all day every day if I let myself. Not only this, but I’m experiencing a lot of joint pain when I get overly tired, which is affecting my mobility, I have to walk between 3-4 miles every day to get to and from university and I haven’t been able to attend due to the fatigue and pain.

Has anyone else with pots experienced this? What could be causing it? Do you have any suggestions on how I can help the symptoms?

Yeah, it hasn’t been an issue since my diagnosis. A little fatigue and a few collapses but nothing that really affected my life, I was hoping I had a milder type of pots but this past few weeks have been a reality check, I’ve been the same with stairs and moving around, to the point I’ve been sleeping on the couch to avoid the stairs most days.
