increasing dose from 137.5 to 150mg anxiety and depression came back

im increasing dose from 137.5 to 150 mg tonight. anxiety and depression came back how bad will the side effects be i just wanna feel normal again i was on 125mg upped to 137.5 for a month felt good for about two weeks now increasing too 150 mg any help would be great feel like crap right now. is 150mg the theraputic dose?maybe 137.5 wasnt enough
