Increasing escitalopram from 10 - 15mgs will I notice a difference

hi - hoping to hear some success stories from those who have increased escitalopram from 10-15mgs. ive been on 10mgs for 8 weeks now and introduced mirtazipine 4 weeks ago (15mgs) i immediatley felt great on this combination but that only lasted 2 weeks when all my symptoms came back - so phsyc has suggested increasing the escitalopram to 15mgs, be good to hear from anyone that has tried this combination thanks.
