Ive been on 10mg for exactly 10 weeks and after seeing the GP yesterday shes advised me to increase to 20mg. The side effects have eased off loads but i feel i need a little push to get me back to somewhat 'normal' hence why ive been told to increase. Im terrified of the side effects again can i have reassurance on how you guys felt when you increased like me? and how long the side effects took to ease? X

what medication is this? I moved from 10 to 20 mg citalopram and because it was already in my system had no further side effects. if gp suggested it I would go with it - 10mg is extremely low dose. x
