Increasing Number of Swollen Lymph Nodes

I am a 21 year old male. When I was 17, I first noticed swollen lymph nodes in both sides of my groin and then one on the left side of my neck. At the time, I didn't even know what a lymph node was, just that I had these strange lumps on me. I had no other complaints and had not been sick. I was seen several times by a gp to find what the cause was. A surgeon removed one lymph node from the groin for biopsy. It was tested for hodgkin's and non hodgkin's lymphoma and HIV, all negative. This is great, but all I got was a few reasons why they weren't swollen, not why they were.
So, three weeks ago I began to not feel well, as my entire body ached. All of my joints hurt pretty bad, and this lasted several days and then gradually went away. I have had this happen a couple other times in the past few months, where I begin aching all over for no reason, then it goes away after a few days. But, during this most recent "bout" I had a really bad headache one day, sensitive to light and even made me feel nauseous, I never really get headaches, especially bad ones like this. On this day I remember turning my head a certain way and feeling a pain on the back of my head, I was like "ow, that hurts..." and I reached back and it felt like a hard knot on the back right side of my head/ neck. It is slightly tender and is still there right now. It feels like a hard ball that does not move, but also a hard "rod" or line extending from it about an inch or so up my neck. It's hard to describe, but Im assuming it's a lymph node and the lymph vessel extending from it. Since I noticed this, where the lymph node on the left side of my neck that has been there for a couple years, there were two swollen lymph nodes, and they were larger. That one had always been slightly larger than pea sized, but now there are two quarter sized lumps that are visible, with just looking at my neck. Then, a couple days ago, I noticed two more swollen nodes on the left side. So right now I have 4 that I can feel on the left side that are movable, and one on the right side with the vessel part that is hard and not movable. And the ones in my groin are still there with no change.
Besides the joint pains, I hadn't felt bad and I feel fine now. I haven't had a fever, sore throat, ear ache, or anything like that. The only other thing I can think of is feeling pretty tired all the time, like I just want to crawl in bed and sleep, no matter how much I have already slept. I scheduled an appointment in two weeks. But Im wondering what I should expect. I don't feel "ill". But Im just wondering what can be done about this or if I won't really get any answers this time either.

Have you tested for autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis? I have hashimoto's thyroiditis and chronic swollen lymph nodes for no diagnosable reason.
