I have had the worst indigestion lately. I need to burp but can't. I had an endoscopy a couple of years ago and it showed I have mild gastritis. I have been taking over the counter meds and they have helped a bit. I've also gained a fair bit of weight which I am trying to lose. Are any other ladies dealing with this issue also?

That was my first major unexplained thing. It's mostly gone nowadays but ironically today I have been burping a lot.

I do have gerd , had endoscopy couple years ago and showed mild inflammation none of ppi or over the counter meds helped , i burp a lot and my stomach is groaning most of the days
