    Hi Mike. Hope you are feeling better by now. I watched a couple of YouTube videos on Pharyngitis. It is an inflammation of the throat, sometimes caused from a cold, or flu. If it is extremely sore, it could be a viral infection called mononucleosis, or could be a bacterial infection called strep throat. The doctor should be able to swab the back of your throat and have it tested to see if you have either of these infections. If it is strep, or mono, you may need an antibiotic. For relief at home, you can gargle with warm salt water several times a day. Use iodized salt, or sea salt. Do not get it too salty, or too warm. Swallow a little honey mixed with a little turmeric powder and a few drops of lemon to sooth the pain. If you are 10 yrs old, you should ask parents to take you to an ear, nose, and throat specialist if it is not better in 10 days. Hope you feel better soon. Drink lots of water, get lots of rest and sleep, eat healthy. God Bless You

      Hi Sousse71!

      Thanks for the response and support. I am 30 years old. Already old. :-)

      After my report, I began to feel worse. I lost my voice. I could not speak.

      I was recommended by an old doctor. He is 77 years old.

      He prescribed treatment and I gradually became better.

      The throat is slightly pale. But the pain is almost gone. I can speak again.

      For today the treatment is:

      - Irrigating the throat with a syringe decoction of Matricária (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matricaria);

      - resorption of the drug under the tongue (Grammidin);

      - again spraying the throat with a spray (Oralsept);

      -4 inhalations per day (mineral water "Essentuki ?4" with the miramistin and Dexamethasone);

      - drops for the nose (a mixture of vitamin A and peach butter).

      I also passed tests for bacteria and viruses. I'm waiting for the results.

      Hi Mike. Sorry about the age thing. Misread your meaning on "ill 10 years".

      You are still just a kid though. :-) I am 6 years younger than your "old" doctor. Lol

      Anyway, I am glad you are getting better?I hope you are fully recovered and back to normal very soon.

      Take good care of your health while you are young. It will make a difference when you are my age. Lol

      Many blessings to you.
