Individual Lump on center of penis shaft

2 weeks ago, I noticed an individual small lump (same color as skin, not itchy or painful) on the shaft of my penis.

What makes this lump unique is that it is right down the center line of the shaft (urethra valve) compared to the other hair and fordyce spots, which are not on the shaft and usually on the side of the shaft.

Does this look like HPV or herpes? or what is it?

    Should be planar hpv. Do you feel your inguinal lymph nodes swollen? does it discharge some fluid if pressed on?
