36M with infected foot, happens every 6 weeks or so. Wash everyday with plain soap. Steroid cream (Eumovate)/Canesten no help. Don't think it's athlete foot. Otherwise fit and healthy. No PMH.
Grateful for any potential diagnosis/treatments.
