Infection of some sort under my tongue?

Hey guys there seems to be something under my tongue on the left side that looks to be maybe triggering the swelling of a lymph node? It first occurred about two and a half years ago when my Lymph node swelled up really bad and I went to the doctor and they gave me some kind of steroid to bring the swelling down. I wasn't able to swallow due to the pain but soon after I recovered. The swelling went down and I was fine, but the lymph node never fully went away. Since the pain was durable I just decided to leave it be. However ever since, whenever I eat I get this tingly irritant feeling right under the left side my tongue. I should note that it's not painful ON my tongue, just under it. I also feel the lymph node getting tender and harder a bit whenever I eat so I just want to get an idea of what I'm facing here because it has me really worried quite frankly. Please if anyone has any sort of explanation please let me know. I hope it's nothing too bad!!imageimageimageimageimage

Did you got the labs test they probably did half year ago?

    Can you post a picture?

Unfortunately I do not have the lab tests. I know I just tested for Strep Throat and it came back negative.

That's not enough to exclude other related diseases. if. you want go to a GP and ask if he/she can order other test for a better comprehensive approach

Do you have any idea on maybe what it could be?
