infection on my breast, looking for women advice

i have attatched pictures to when i first noticed it to tonight, its now a massive circle that looks infected to me and there is red lines coming from the wound. i have no idea what started it and have been keeping the area very clean, my doctor presribed me antibiotics and advised it was a boil however i think its something else, antibiotics finished today and keeps getting worse, anyone know what this is?imageimage
