Infection or STD

i recently started birth control and about a week later developed a rash. i assumed it was the liner i was using for the break through bleeding. i visited the OB and was prescribed diflucan for a yeast infection and an ointment for the rash. i used the oinment but not the pill as it went away. a month later (now 2 days ago) I had sex which caused discomfort and burning. I woke up to internal vagina pain and a small rash so i decided to take the pill for the yeast infection. Today i discovered the pain is coming from a small bump at the end of the vaginal opening. It looks like an open sore and discovered another one at the top that looks crusted. I have watery discharge and discomfort when sitting. Could this be an STD or bad infection?image

Definitely keep the area dry. Herpes is very common and you can take medication that will allow you to not transfer it, and have little to no outbreaks!
