Infectionous Mononucleosis late 20s spiraled with other ailments/sicknesses/excessive weight gain

So last April/May, I was on a workout grind. Getting in really good shape but one week I just felt exhausted from nothing. My sides were aching and I just needed to sit down. I contacted telehealth and had a video call with the doctor. They diagnosed it with thrush... took the medicine for it. Then a week later, the back of my throat was all white and thought I had strep (as I've had it 3 times before). Went to urgent care, mono at 26. Around this time I weighed 160 lbs. My health was above average (not the best but still pretty great in comparison to now). It was miserable. Exhaustion, ear infections, sleeping all day, sore throat, dry throat, and I noticed there's some part at the back of my mouth that has bumps that never did before. Anyway, after I started to regain my energy 4-5 months in, I still had side pains (spleen/stomach area). When I started feeling well enough to be active again, I had fluid buildup in my knee that caused pain from IT band syndrome and wrist pain from De Queryvains tensynovitis. I went to PT for those things and even massage therapy. The weight was coming on like crazy. My physical activities were severely limited and my energy was still very low. Fast forward, bruxism became intolerable and headaches galore. I also found myself with three herniated cervical discs so I was in PT again for that. I got a botched permanent crown which caused even more pain in the mouth (that's fixed now). I've gained 30lbs so far and I see the scale keeps moving. I'm so exhausted to the point where socializing is draining, after I work I go straight to bed, and even if I get a good amount of hours of sleep I'm still tired. I even have lower back pain which I'm not entirely sure the cause but it worsens with walking. Has anyone else experienced this? I just feel like I'll never be the same. I can't do the things I used to because everything hurts. I've spent so much money on all of this, it hurts. Even walking hurts... and it's insufferable. The one thing I do want to mention, as a child and as a teen I was rarely ever sick and now in my mid to late 20s it seems like everything is going downhill. My question is has anyone else experience their health decline after mono?

at 18 I won the crossfit endurance competition at my highschool. at 20 I couldnt even leave the bed because of mono. Im gonna turn 25 in a few days and just walking for 15 minutes puts me in bed on a bad day. On a good day I can walk more, but exercise is completely impossible. Non physical exertion is pretty okay now though.
