If I have a sweat rash under the bust, or under my stomach I use Daktarin. But I have largely controlled this now by always putting a body oil (such as Bio Oil) in my skin creases after showering. This makes them waterproof to sweat. I had a bad case of "jock itch" or tinea cruris in the creases between top of thigh and pudenda a while ago. This was managed with Daktacort (a mixture of a fungicide and mild steroid). Now I ensure that this area is also always oiled. You can also use cornstarch powder to soak up sweat, but it does tend to go into lumps and needs to be washed off and re-powdered. Whatever you do, don't use talcum powder if you are a woman. It is thought associated with ovarian cancer. Talcum powder is still sold in the UK (Johnson's baby powder or Imperial Leather powder), but powder products in the US for babies and women are now cornstarch based.
