Inflamed and painful penis tip for almost 2 months

I currently have the same symptoms as you, swollen meatus and inflammation all over my head but I do not have pain. I been to 14 different doctors. Urologists told me that the problem is in my head not on my body, same with my primary care doctors, clinic from std testing told me that my penis doesn't look normal still yet Urologist are saying that everything is in good condition. I have had 3 stds testing. 1st after the week of exposure to b*****b, 2nd one month after and now I had 3rd one after around 5 months. All of them are negative, the last one I took was huge one, it had things in it like mycoplasma and utheraplasma etc.. and still was negative. Steroids creams don't help. The other condition I have is red patches in my mouth. They come and go and usually my mouth is itching all the time. What we could have is either some kind of lichen but that would be from stress mostly or yeast infection. The problem is yeast infection is invisible. The only way to find it is biopsy basically and best way to cure is natural supplements. The more creams you are using the more irritated it gets. I'm trying to look in some natural products like teas and stuff because usually you can use the tea to dip your penis in it and it will work better than most of the medications you had. For me it's been 6 months the only time I see some changes is when I don't think about it. Maybe doctors are right about us thinking too much about it because before even tho I was masturbating a lot I have not pay attention to what I had on my penis. Before you all say that this is herpes, I had medicine for it and it didn't work, herpes do not look like that. It's either lichen or yeast. Good luck buddy, don't think too much about it trust me, the less you bother it the better it gets. I have had long ass 6 months. I'm kinda done with my problem. In worst case scenario, you just won't have wife and kids but now days is not worth it anyways. Just enjoy your life.

Same problem for about 1 year.The thing is i never had sex intercourse .It could be a bacteria I caught and its really hard to get rid of but my tip looks exactly the same and i have the same symptoms.My urologist said my penis looks completely fine and its healthy.I dont know what to do anymore

I have a similar situation, with just a dry skin of penis head (glans) I've been to 10 docs with zero diagnosis and results. Honestly dont know what is happening. I've tried oral antibiotics pills and antifungal pill by myself, but NO ONE gave me anything, just saying that I have to "leave it alone".

Yeah, great advise. I'm still in the same situation after one year. Always started after an acute balanitis cure with antifungal wash. After that event, the skin started to change and being dry. ZERO DIAGNOSIS.

I've tried steroid cream and made the situation worse.

Any clue, solution or suggestion?

Guys for all of you if you took steriods for more than 2 weeks you may have developed an steriod addiction and you are going through TSW read about it!

Has anyone found a solution for this? I had unprotected sex and started having symptoms that same week. Ive had unprotected sex in the past and nothing has happened. I don't do that often but maybe a total of 5 times in my life time. Ive gone to the doctor a total of 5 times already including a urologist. Ive been tested for stds, HIV, etc and everything came back negative. My main symptom that is bothering me is my urgency to pee. My penis head is inflammed but it doesnt hurt as much. It usually only hurts when I drink alot of water and have to pee every 10 minutes. Ive been having this issue for 2 months now. Ive changed the way I eat, replaced my underwear, changed my body wash and countless other things and nothing is helping. I tried seeing if having sex would be okay but it hurt very bad after. I did use a condom. It didnt hurt at all during but maybe an hour later, my penis really felt swollen. Doctors have given me medication (doxycycline) and creams and nothing has helped. One doctor thought it was a UTI then another thought it was balanitis then my most recent doctor (urologist) thinks its urethritis. He instructed to take my doxycycline with Ibuprofen to reduce inflammation but it has not helped. Can someone possibly help me? here are some of my other symptoms :

• Burning while peeing
• Red spots on penis (comes and goes)
• Frequent urination in small amounts
• Discoloration on penis head
• Foul smelling urine
• Lots of bubbles when I pee
• Discharge (only comes out when I pee)

I have had the same thing for 5 months now around 4 days after protected sketchy sexual encounter. After urethral swelling came red inflamed scrotum, perineum and slight anal burning. Penis seems wet and wrinkly and when it dries skin on glans looks like it is about to peel. Lots of people with same problem. Everyone got tested for everything and taken every antibiotic possible and no real recovery. I am starting to believe that what we have might be herpes but the kind that does not show regular symptoms in us all. Two doctors told me it is not herpes because there are no sores but 80% of people have no symptoms. My test have shown positive for herpes but did not say which HSV1 OR HSV2. I have had lower back pain in the morning and tingling in feet all last month too. Constipation started in month 3. I am pooping pellets which is another recently found symptom of herpes in humans as it kills nerves in your digestive tract. I think that it also messes up with our pudendal nerve and hence something wrong with blood flow to the penis which seems colder when not erect. I hope it is something else and treatable as we all do and symptoms are just a coincidence pointing to herpes.

Did anybody ever find out what was wrong??

Seems a kind of emergency, this kind of situation is spreading in men, I suppose this could be, but I'm not sure, honestly, a kind of lichen disease, but only a biopsy could confirm it. I'm not a doctor, but you could perform it and after go for a circumcision + treatments.

Medical field know nothing about this condition. Its alarming, because it's spreading

Have had the same issue for 7-8 months now and replied here under some thread (there seem to be many of us) before as well. The next step I am taking is washing my underwear from now on only with a very sensitive (skin friendly) detergent. As the inflamed area is pretty much exactly the area exposed from under my foreskin in normal conditions, it could be a chemical allergy/reaction to something in my boxers after all. Will let you know if this helps at all. Anyone else thought about this option?

Seems like more and more men are getting this condition and getting no help from doctors/dermatologists/urologists.

any updates ? my penis tip is looks normal, but is so sensitive. It only hurts when i walk , when my penis touch my short. it is uncomfortable , I am using doxy-denk for 9 days now , and urotem dol tablet 9 days now . twice a day , I did SFA test and the doctor told me i have infection. about 2 months and half ago , i had anal unprotected sex. I did all std tests twice everything is clean only mycoplasma H. came positive.

and the doctor told me mycoplasma H. cant be the reason for that. I used creams and ointments , nothing helped me ....
