Inflamed Bug Bites. Should I go to Emerg?

I got some sort of bug bite while I was asleep Tuesday night. I noticed it really bothering me mid Wednesday, Thursday my ankle became so swollen and today it has just seemed to get worse and is leaking. I have been cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide and changing bandages as well as giving it some time to air out. Nothing has really helped. It does hurt just irritated and my ankle is super swollen.

    Jay, if that is worse then yes do go to emergency. That is badly infected.
