Inflamed head with bumps

Posted , 2 users are following.

I recently had sex with someone I recently met and low and behold I trusted that she was clean, I'm not too sure if what I have is an STD, but I'd like reassurance from the community as to what it actually is imageimageimageimageimage

Photos don't show anything specific. Did you have unprotected penetrative sex, and / or receive oral?

The most common issues you get from unprotected sex are a relatively simple fungal / yeast infection, or a bacterial infection, particularly if you had unprotected anal. Clotrimazole is the most common treatment for fungal / yeast infections.

Is it possible some of this irritation was present before you had sex?

to my knowledge it's probably balanitis, but I have redness with minor bumps and a slight itch. I had unprotected sex, but I didn't wash myself afterwards. we had sex at night and I fell asleep, then again in the morning and i don't believe i took a shower until the next day after that.

hopefully these pictures help out a bit more, but I recently just noticed a minor bump the same colour of my penis head and clear liquid coming out when I squeeze the head, maybe that can help as to what it is

I think you have a combination of things going on here in terms of likely infections. So you could have a simple yeast / fungal / bacterial infection going on - but it is when you say:

" recently just noticed a minor bump the same colour of my penis head and clear liquid coming out when I squeeze the head "

... this suggests you may have a sexual infection you need to get tested and treated for, but, do not just get tested, show and explain the symptoms you have and about the clear liquid.

So a Regular Doctor or GP, or go to any Sexual Health Walk-In Center ......

Once you have a diagnosis please come back and update your Forum Post here - you should certainly not be having sex without the use of a condom until you have fully recovered from what you have now!
