Inflamed Penis after Rough Sex

hey all,

after not having unprotected sex for quite a while, i have entered a relationship where we are having consistent unprotected sex. After an intense session last weekend without adequate lubrication, my penis has become inflammed on the head, and i have noticed more smegma than normal underneath my foreskin.

Me and my partner were both tested in november, and had unprotected sex twice back then, leading to minor inflammation that went away after a day or two for me.

I called my doctor and explained the circumstances and she told me that its likely balanitis, a minor yeast infection, or a friction related injury and told me to clean with water frequently and apply an antifungal cream or antibiotic cream if it doesnt go away within a week. ive attached a photo, please let me know any treatment suggestions to expedite healing! image
