Inflamed penis tip since 2 years. Burning while peeing and masturbating

Hi guys. I'm 20 suffering from inflamed penis tip since 2 years. It started when once I masturbated and excessively rubbed the penis tip during night. When I woke up in the morning, it was burning like hell and paining when I pee. I've applied many ointments like mupirocin, fisidic acid and neosporin powder but nothing seem to work. After these years it doesn't pain now but sometimes it feels stingy and also burns when I masturbate. I've never had sex with anyone and didn't ever share under garments or clothes with anyone, so there's no chance if it being std. Any idea what it could be and what's the cure???
