Inflammation when pressing on a certain part of my left le

So a few weeks ago I noticed that when I press down on a certain part of my left leg, it feels like electricity is going through way down to my pinky toe (like it's going through a blood vessel or a nerve) and it's quite a bit painful and almost feels like the lower part of my leg is on fire. It doesn't really affect my every day life, but I'm a bit worried because I don't really know what it could be.

P.S.

Forgot to say that when I was really high on edibles (like really fried), it almost felt like something popped inside my leg in the spot which now hurts. I couldn't feel my left leg for about 2 hours and then everything went back to normal. I usually have a pretty high blood pressure as well, if that helps to get the diagnosis.
