I cant answer your question on having more children after a repair but I am sure if you look through some of the posts you may well find someone who has gone on to have more children. For what reason have they said you cannot go on to have more? Is this maybe because of the pressure of carrying a child in pregancy and then pushing in labour that would undo what the surgeons have corrected.
Good luck with this quest and when are you due for your surgery

It is possible to have more children after, but depending on how labor goes, you may have to have the surgery redone. I was basically told to wait to have the surgery until I am done having kids but I am 20 years old, I have had this problem since the birth of my one and only chikld at 15 and I don't want to suffer through all of my problems for many years to come. I don't know when I will want more kids, but I can't imagine having a successful relationship with a loose vagina that had numb tissue in it. To me, the surgery was well worth it and I will do it all over again after I have kids if I need it. I had a posterior vaginal repair with perineoplasty, rectocele, hymen tag reemoval, and labia reduction. I was very loose and the opening to my vagina was huge to me. I wasn't all that sexually active, only had 2 parters. It all depends on how much it bothers you. I began to have issues holding my pee and I immediately had sever issues pushing out bowels because the muscle was damaged. I look at my before and after pictures and smile every day. I am 3 weeks and 2 days post op. Feels better already!!!
You have to decide if it bothers you so much that you want to get the surgery done now and possibly again after more kids.
