I notice a number of months back that when I was doing core exercises, that it began to move uncontrollable. I have also noticed that it would happen now when I pull myself up out of bed in the morning. Arms have also been doing the same especially when lifting/moving things about the house.

Was wondering if this is one of the many symptoms of Fibromyaliga.

Thank you 😊

I've had muscle spasms that would make me feel as the wind was knocked out of me. And had an eye twitch on and off. Plus my thumb twitched for a few days but they have subsided. It was before I was diagnosed. It was during the process of being tested for everything to rule out other illnesses. Not sure if this is what you're talking about with moving on their own. Since it stopped before my diagnosis I don't know if it is a symptom from fibro but from being on this site I have talked to other people who have had muscle spasms.

I'm undiagnosed, the pressure point test or whatever put me on boarder line but the specialist left it at thst but every few months my eye/ eyebrow spasm for a couple of irritating days! I always forget to mention it to my doc, maybe I should. I also get a LOT of leg cramps

I would definitely mention it. I had horrible restless leg syndrome. It would wake me up in the middle of the night. I had kept a journal of the pains I felt, when and where for the infectious disease doc because I was in such a fog I would forget to tell him stuff. He said it was helpful to see what was bothering me and when. What worked and didn't.
