Information regarding use of Cannabis Oil for pain

My wife has a benign brain tumour (Accoustic Neuroma) for 5 years and 4 years  ago had Gamma Knife Radiosurgery to stop the tumour from growing any larger. She now suffers from TN because the tumour is compressing the TN nerve. She is in chronic pain constantly and then suffers violent attacks of acute pain which totally debilitates her. We have been told that Cannabis Oil might help with the pain and are willing to try it as all other medications used by the medical profession and the Pain Clinic have made no difference, Has anyone else had any experience of this and what was your opinion?
