Ingrown hair ?by genitals ... help

i had sex on December 22nd 23rd and 24th after boy seeing my boyfriend for a month ... everything was fine . our privates looked fine and everythingz I shaved on december 26th or 25th and on the 29th. When i looked i seen a cut about 2 days later i notice a bump and this is what i saw it was worse then this but i was applying Neosprion and then i put a hot hot towel and neosproion and it looks oike this . it doesnt hurt or itch or hurt to pee or when i go pee unless pee touches the cut . im nervous and i got tested mid november for STDs , and everything and i was ok . can somebody help me ?

It looks like infected hair follicles from shaving. Just keep it clean and they should soon disperse. Dont try squeezing them or you will spread the infection further. No need for Neosporin....just soap and water is fine. Are you wet or dry shaving? Is your razor head clean and washed thoroughly...even if you use an electric shaver you should be able to remove the cutting head and sterilise it in hot water. Dont use the very cheap razors..they can cut without you knowing it. If you are wet shaving make sure you renew the razor often.

ok thank you ! and i do both wet and dry shaving ... what does it look like now ?
and honestly mu razor head didnt have a cap on it and ill rinse the hair out of the razor head and then reuse it . i just been seeing things online and getting freaked out .

Looks like its healing Ok but constantly close shaving will encourage these types of lesions and ingrown hairs, so be prepared for more.

this is a couple days later im just nervous because when i went to planned parent hood she said it looked like herpes and she was gone treat me ad if i had them until we got results back but im pretty sure i wouldve had oral herpes fordt before gentital im just nervous but when i shaved i did use a man razor

Well,it does no harm to be tested for Herpes and if positive get treated. Your nurse would have a better view of your skin than is on here. When you say you used a mans razor had it been used by someone else? Never share razors. You can pass infections like that. If it was just a man type of razor thats fine.
