i recently shaved about a week ago and had protected sex with my gf and noticed these bumps every time i shave i usually get 2-3 but this time alot came out and noticed them itch and burn alot more no itching or burning in head. my gf does not have any infection or anything on her skin. need help my lymph nodes do feel sore!

You just shaved recently, so it could be ingrown hairs. You should get tested just to make sure

Yes, those look like ulcers from a herpes outbreak but other STDS can cause ulcers too so have a full STD screen for a proper diagnosis.
