Inguinal hernia surgery diminished blood flow loss of testicle

Has anyone had this happen to them? The surgeon told me a week AFTER my surgery, open inguinal non-mesh (he originally told me the surgery went well, he had spoken to me twice BEFORE with no mention of it) that oh by the way most likely you're going to lose your testicle due to some scarring in the area when the surgery was performed. Something to do with the vasculature arteries etc and the spermatic cord ( I am not a doctor). I went to follow up with a Urologist and the group is saying there's not much that can be done at this point its a wait and see approach. I have taken two ultrasounds that show diminished blood blow. Isn't there a vascular procedure that can be performed to "fix" this issue and create normal blow flow again? I will go to any medical professional anywhere in the country that can save me. The thought of losing a testicle is making me want to quit life immediately. I am beyond depressed at this point. HELP!

    Hi,

Did you get the direct message I sent you a month or so ago with a list of possible consultants in the UK and Germany?

I hope you managed to see someone who was able to fix things for you?

Like you, I'm hoping to have a non-mesh tissue repair, so it would be good to know who your surgeon was, so I can rule them out of my search.

    Thanks and regards,

    Jack
