So, yesterday I inhaled and swallowed shampoo by accident, and now I'm scared I'm suffering from shampoo poisoning... I feel sick, I feel like I'm going to faint... Can you die from it? I have health anxiety, and can't stop thinking about it... What do you think I should do?
