i have allergies and asthma but have avoided taking inhaled steroids for lungs and nose for a long time.
instead i do allergy shots and singular. but i only get temporary relief from the shots.
I'll probably have to start taking qvar and a nasal spray soon.
has anyone tried these and what were your results? were there ant side effects? especially psychological or nervous system?
