My first symptoms were bad lower left side pain followed by bleeding in the middle of my cycle. Then a few weeks later I started bleeding and it didn't stop for three weeks. I had an ultrasound and they found 5cm cysts on each side, with inflammation in the left. I think the left one ruptured. It seems there are so many symptoms and everyone is different! Try not to worry and don't keep googling aso you'll freak yourself out more..

I have anxiety too so I know how you feel. It's very tough.

My ca125 blood test came back high so I thought OC.. but it was just inflammation. So that's not a good indication either. Let us know how things go!
