Aw Cats Eyes, here's a big hug :cuddle: You sound so down

Try reading some of the posts that have returned, that will surely cheer you up but....just remember we are always here to listen and cheer you up.

Can't think of anything funny at the moment, takes a while to get the brain in gear

I don't have any pets but i know that they give you unconditional love

Try and keep your chin up, it's the weekend and i'm sure the kids will keep you going. smile

I would not be without my Max Dog, that's him in my avatar photo. He's such a sweetheart but very lazy. He had pancreatitis when he was 2 (he's 4 now) and it has left him with reduced stamina and a lot of digestive problems (bit like me really). they say pets and owners can resemble each other :D

I would rather have the company of Max than a lot of people I know.

    Hi Cats Eyes smile

Just remember you are never alone because we are not far away and will always be there for you

I love cats too. My last cat Pushkin was adorable and used to love it when someone in the household was ill. She would curl up beside whoever it was and stay there until they were better. Cats are very intelligent creatures. My present one Ebony, is an old bag really ...... but I still love her. She was ferile and was going to be put down, but I took her home where she spent a month in my kitchen cupboard, and only came out at night to eat and use her tray.

I used to spend hours lying flat on the floor with my hand in the back of the cupboard just stroking and talking to her, despite the hissing and

spitting. My husband said I was mad! She eventually came out and is now friendly, but on her terms only.

But who does she absolutely adore now ....... yes my husband

    That's cats for you! :blackcat:

I'm so pleased yours gives you so much love and affection - I've always wanted a Siamese.

Take care, and really hope you feel a bit better soon.

I love my cat. He is normally so vocal, but not at the minute he has a throat infection. Sooty comforts me when I'm down and unwell.
