Injuries after car accident 2yrs on

Hi guys,

I was rear ended by an uninsured driver back in 2017, I'm still having a lot of issues with my neck, shoulders and upper back, I've been to the doctors multiple times and they just keep giving me pain medication for nerve pain but I don't think it's nerve pain as the medication isn't touching the pain. I sit, stand and sleep in agony. Sometimes it feels like my head is too heavy for my neck and I can never seen to be comfortable. This has gone on for too long, does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to ease the pain?

    Go to a hospital emergency room where they can take radiological scans of the affected areas and give you the proper treatment. If you are in a no-fault State your own insurance will pay your medical expenses even if the other driver had no insurance.
