Injury at my left man nipple

So when i was at school me and my friends were playing in our class and at one point i runned into metal doorknob with my left nipple.It hurted but it stopped and i said myself "It will pass don't worry". Next few days i touched my left nipple to know if it is alright and i found a small lump underneath it. When i touch it feels like knife is piercing it. It gets smaller one day and bigger the other day on and on. Can someone explain me what that is?

    Sounds like a bruise under the skin and it should disappear in the same way a bruise disappears.Try not to touch or fiddle with it. If it is still there after 1 month then see a doctor . Do tell and show your Mum.
