Injury from chiropractic

I am wondering if I got injury during a chiropractic session when I was dropped on my stomach the length of an extendable stool which hurt a bit at the time

A week after I began getting acid reflux problems which started with difficulty eating breakfast to acute pain that I had it checked out at A&E and it lasted another week or so not returned since.

I now have pain in diaphragm since I went swimming yestererday the pain getting more acute today. I am wonder if anyone knows if this is an injury why it is?
