i have a tiny growth near my last tooth near my molar, i tend to bite my cheek while eating because of this what is the problem please, and it has made my neck lymph nodes swell a bit

Tooth abscess from tooth infection. Go to a dentist - they'll give you antibiotics. But you need to fix the tooth causing the issue! Root canal will be needed I think!
