Inner Labia Burning, Irritation, for 2 months, after treatment for Yeast Infection

So I'm at the end of my rope here, because I've been sick since Halloween, and seen five different doctors at this point. Despite all the medicines and treatments I'm still having burning sensations in my vulva, on the interior labia, especially after showing (No I'm not using any soaps/washes/etc. I'm not even purposefully getting it wet). I'm desperate to hear if anyone else has been through this since my doctors seem stumped and I'm stressed in pain.
Quick Summary:
- In late October I'm noticing lots of discharge and some itching. I assume it's just my period. I don't douche, use soaps, or do anything to the area. I do masturbate, but keep my toys pretty clean and don't have any sexual partners right now. I get lax with being throughly careful about cleaning my toy which makes me wonder if it sparked this.
- By November 5th I'm feeling really bad burning on my vulva, especially at night. I go to doctor see a nurse practitioner. She tells me it's a yeast infection after an exam and I take the oral antibiotics and put a cream on on the exterior vulva. The pain is so bad at this point even her inserted a cotton swab in my vagina is agonizing.
- I feel fine for awhile notice less discharge, think it's getting better. I go out one day, in cotton underwear, shower, overwhelming pain comes back at that night. Intense burning pain. I go back, see another nurse practitioner, she says it's healing just give it time. The cotton tip exam doesn't hurt as bad, nor does the exam. She gives me anti-fugal with tub I'm supposed to insert into the vagina.
- Wait another week, it's almost Thanksgiving. Still hurting, even if less severe, I go back, see a real Gyno and get labs done this time. She gets me steroid cream and skin protect cream for vulva area. I think it's fine for awhile.
- Pain is still there if I walk around - even w/o underwear. This entire period I've been wearing no underwear and staying home as much as possible to avoid irritating area. Gyno tells me to go see dermatologist since my labs come back clean there's no more yeast or other bacteria
- Go to derm, she examines area and says it's probably dermatitis. Gives me steroid cream and anti-inflamation cream to be taken after that. 3 weeks course of medicine, feels like it's working. Notice during last week really bad burning after I finish showering. Again, not using any soap or lotions, etc in the area.
- Go to another derm this past Monday. She says she just sees redness, no bumps, lesions, etc. Just redness and irritation, and says it could be a lingering staph infection that wasn't entirely treated. Given an antibacterial to apply to inner labia.
- At this point I'm several days into the treatment, still feeling slight burning and irritation to the point i don't try to put on underwear or walk around.
I'm curious for any advice. I'm starting to wonder if it's all the medicine leaving me in pain at this point and this burning/rash is left over from the medicine that cured the yeast infection. Or if anyone has any suggestions of why shower heat/water would bring on the burning.
