INNER THIGH HAS A RASH

I recently noticed red bumps on my inner thigh. Some little white bumps here and there. It itched earlier in the week and subsided after I applied cortisone. Anyone know if this is a common rash or something serious? I would also like to point out I started cycling last week but find it strange it’s only on my left leg.
