Innocent heart murmur

hi.

I'm new but wondered if anyone can help me.

My GP noticed i had a heart murmur in 2011, had an ECG and i saw on the report it said abnormal.

Went for an echo which was all fine.

2021 having palpitations (i am very anxious and suffer with health anxiety) had ecg and was normal.

i asked my my GP to listen for my murmur she said she cant hear it.

My question is does a innocent heart murmur show up on an ECG as abnormal.
