Insane dizzyness

hi guys, new here.

I've been taking sertraline for only 4 days now for intense panic attacks and im finding some symptoms to be unbearable to the point where im not even sure its side effects from the medication.

im struggling to think straight, everyday i wake up feeling lost, and the dizzyness is unbearable to the point where i wouldnt dare get in the car.

the intensity of these symptoms is so intense that im starting to worry that ive got something else wrong with me.

the dizziness doesnt dissapear and stays with me all day in all situations.

anyone else had similar experiences when using this stuff?

hi, ive recently increased my dose from 50mg to 75mg and have had awful dizziness too. is yours triggered by head movements or there all the time? mine isn't so bad when sat down but as soon as i stand, start moving or look up or down, it sets it off. its quite debilitating. im due back in work next week so a little concerned, but going to try and push on through. hope it subsides soon.
