INSANE PVCS ALL OF A SUDDEN!!!

Hi everyone, nice to join the forum.

long story short - i was a pretty heavy drinker for 2.5 years with high blood pressure (150/85). I noticed at the begin of the year, very occassional pvcs. they got better the more i abstained from drinking. then, during quarantine, I drank very heavily. Well, one night i drank too much, awoke with a pounding heart thinking i was gonna have a heart attack. the next day i quit for good. it's been twenty five days, no alcohol, great diet, exercise 6 days a week, moderate stress, and i have had INSANE PVCS these entire 25 days.

Like clock work, from the hours of like 1pm -9pm, i am assuming when my adrenaline is the highest, my PVCs are full tilt. as I am sitting here typing this, I am having one about every 3 beats. if i go lay down on my stomach, they get better. laying on my back sometimes alleviates them.

i know i need to go see a cardiologist ASAP, but am looking for some advice in the mean time.

i have lost ten lbs in the last couple months, eaten a keto diet, exercise every day, get plenty of potassium and magnesium and am good at moderating stress.

has ANYONE just had PVCs come on this strong from binge drinking and not have them go away or will they eventually resolve themselves? I feel my heart is healthy, no pain, no dizziness, i can run 2 miles like nothing, play hockey, etc....

PLEASE HELP!!!! thanks

    Hi Eric,

How are you doing now? I hope you are well. Mines are also insaneeeee! I quit smoking not long ago but I get them all day every day, very distressing but doctors do say they are benign. How have they been for you lately?
