      Hiya Kaz, I'm on the machine at the moment fir the asthma..unfortunately I just gacpve to ride it out...at least there's no cortisone...hoping there won't be..I managed to sleep well..once asleep my asthma seemed to subside..only woke a few times coughing..lovely day here, but I. Still inside..grandson day tomorrow, actually he is having a sleep over..he's in bed now...sound asleep..bless him..he sleeps about 12 hrs a night..looking forward to a wheezy less day tomorrow...hope your well too.. funny whenever simething else is on my radar, like asthma now-it's almost like I haven't got  Fibro...lol..have a lovely day Kaz and be blessed.:-) xxx

      Have alovely time with your grandson hope the asthma soon subsides for you bless you I know what its like I have it too. its not to bad for me at the min. If I beome bad with anything else my fibro plays up even more.My washer has just finished. so I will peg out washing thats fun to do with my fingers and arms not wanting to lift up. Then Im having a cupa. its 10.50am here. Take good care of yourself big hug coming to you xxwink

      morning christine its 9.45 here its sunny at present but given rain later. Ive just put the washer on. so pleased to here your asthma is alot better thats good hun. hope you have a lovely day. hope you slept well. I did my fibro exercise last night tossed turned all night no sleep. ahh well plod on onwards upwards take care big hug coming to you xxsmile

      We had 15 degrees Celsius today, no wind or rain..was just beautiful...had a lovely day..I've posted more..I've really just got on here...:-) xxx

      so pleased to hear youve had a lovely day,thats so good to hear when we are able to have a good days . we sure do need more good days? its clouding over here I think we are going to have some rain. its nearly lunch time its 11.50 am. Im going to have lunch in a min and a cupa. I have to take regular breaks off the laptop as it hurts my fingers and hands plus I go stiff if I sit too long. xx gentle hugs x
