Insomnia but maybe sleeping more than I think? I often find myself questioning if I slept or not.

Insomnia is nothing new for me but I usually get back on track with decent nights of sleep. I have been dealing with a frequent urination issue that only happens on Sunday nights for some reason so it always triggers episodes of insomnia for me.

Last night, I had no urinary issues so I thought I'd sleep fine. I went to bed around 12 am. I had some mouth pain randomly and remember trying to remedy that so I could sleep. I do remember being up until at least 2 am or so. It did go away I found but I don't remember when that was or the last time that I was up aside from 2 am. I remember it being 5 am exactly when I was next up and I took a cup of ZZZquil to help guide me to sleep. (just in case I had any trouble.)

Thing thing I know, sunlight is shining through my window and I had gotten up having to pee. I checked the time and it was 7:30 am. I close the curtains to the window and went back to bed. I don't really know if I slept or not after that but I remember being out till like 9 and I got up.

Note: I don't check the times during the night. There's just a monitor in the hallway that displays the time when I go by it to use bathroom.

I really hope I am sleeping but it doesn't feel like I am. I can think clearly and not dozing off but I have slight pressure in my head at times and my eyes feel weird. I have this wrinkly feeling under them that I just can't shake. My eyes don't really burn at all but yeah. I had slept good the other night and my eyes still felt weird when I got up so I'm not sure if it's a sleep thing.

Am I sleeping would you guys say? It doesn't feel like I am and for that, I am worried that I'm running on zero sleep, which would be bad.
