I know it's frustrating, but if you're able to remain active and achieve all you want to do it sounds as if you're not suffering from loss of sleep. A lot of people would actually envy you!

Remember sleep requirements vary widely from one person to another. There was that (in)famous female British Prime Minister whose name I'm probably not allowed to mention here - the one from the 80s, not the current incumbent. She was famous for only sleeping three hours per night and it didn't do her any harm.

Thanks lily..makes me feel positive thinking I m among those who can do good with less sleep 😃..but one more thing what I have noticed is if I have laxative sometimes or avoid having spicy or gassy food I can manage good night sleep..

That's the best way to deal with any annoying condition - figure out what triggers it, then avoid the trigger. I've treated my acid reflux this way for almost 40 years now without ever resorting to medication or surgery. (I'm a former nurse btw.)

I would just say that it's best to avoid laxatives as far as possible. Occasional use when needed is fine, but the gut can become dependent on them if they're taken regularly. Much better to focus on food and other lifestyle triggers.

In any case, not having to sleep as much as most people will give you more time to enjoy your new baby in this phase of rapid development where they learn something new almost every day. They very soon grow up, you know!
