Insomnia poor sleep quality

Hi, I'm 24 years old, and I have for 6 months, not a clasic insomnia, but I have poor sleep quality, everything started 3 years ago, when I had panic attack, and I had strange sensations on my head, then, next year I had abdominal pain, didn't know what it was, but 8 months later it was just ibs syndrome, then this thing happend, and it last for six months now, I'm desperate, I sleep 6-8 hours every night, but I'm feeling like I was sleeping just 2 hours, there are better days when it's okay, but most of the days I feel very tired and can't do nothing, I use lorazepam/ativan 1mg before sleep, and that's all. I've tried almost everything, and when I'm happy I sleep okay, but when I'm not I have anxiety about sleep and sleep is worse, when I'm so tired, I have suicidal thoughts, and getting intto depression because of it, what should I do
