Hi cat38281, i know the feeling especially the headache, what are your headaches like? mine is on top of my head and no pills would help it. It seems like my hot flash brings on the headache and vice versa. guess we just have to ride this menopausal train.

Hope you get some relief soon. xoxo

Mine are sometimes whole head-ish but generally one-sided, about the brow area -- it's actually where I used to get occasional headaches pre-peri, but now they feel exacerbated by the really crappy sleep (or LACK OF), and concentrating during work surely doesn't help ease it. Feel so sleepy during the day, which just contributes to that nagging ache. Trust me body, I would love to give you a deep, full, peaceful sleep! Trusting that this too shall pass! Hang in there dear -- you're not alone!!

I get exactly the same. I wake up with a headache. My ears feel weird ! The whole head basically. Often if I have a normal day of activities- nothing much really- I crash in the evening with body and joint aches and weird feeling in my whole body. I am 40! The whole thing has been crazy for few years- It comes and goes- sometimes I have no time to even think about it but it depresses me a lot. I always doubt it is peri but ... ! My mom was done by 45. I also have just one ovary and no thyroid! my body feels like a mess! I am sorry you are going through this. I just put one foot in front of the other and do as much as I can! Self esteem is down the drain but hey ... no alternatives so- I just do what I can!
