Insulin.

Do I need to inject as much insulin in the evening as in the morning. I inject humalog mix 25/75 twice daily.

    If sugars are 6.5 in the evening, I dont inject but I eat. I wait until they go up before injecting as I got hypo before by injecting too early. Its definitely a mysterious disease.

    It depends on individual situation, you should talk to your doctors, or in the US "diabetes educators".  Even depends on what blood glucose readings you see.  I assume you are type2 to be asking this question, most type1 have a system where they can change the injections all the time.

    You really need to ask your GP or Diabetic Nurse this question. Everyone is so different.
