Intense Anal itching!! Someone help me!!!

My anus is very itchy and swollen, and has some discoloration going on. Is it a rash or a special name for the condition?? I also have a small lump right below my anus, as you can see.. what is it?? how can I make it go away?? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Any recommendations for treatment?? I really prefer anything other than surgery, if I can. Someone PLEASE HELP!!!

    i have external hemorrhoids that look exactly like this and they itch so bad after bathroom or any pressure down there.
