Intense and painful rash under testicles. Is it just jock itch?

for the past 2 weeks i have had an intense rash under my testicles, like nothing ive ever had before. this is worse than any jock itch i have ever had and i am concerned that it could be something else. possibly an sti? but i have only had sex with my significant other and she is not showing any symptoms of a similar infection and she has not had sex with anyone else. i just have no clue what it could be, but it feels and looks far worse than jock itch. the lotrimin cream ive been using had caused the dryness visible in the image.

    Rashes are usually caused by irritation. They are not usually infection related. Try using rash creams, you can get them over the counter and the problem should start to go away.
