Intense De Ja Vu, why?

Okay so i have to say to begin with, i have Turrets Syndrome, and i take Medical marijuana to combat my turrets syndrome. It works very well and calms me down quiet a bit. But the last few weeks i have not been able to take my medicine, and have been experiencing some weird feeling that can only really be explained like de ja vu. What happens when i start to feel it coming on.. I first start to become aware of my surroundings, things start to stand out, and it begins to make me hot. Then everything starts to seem a bit familiar.. Its almost like either my brain is trying to remember a feeling i once had, and it always seems to be around the same feelings but different each time. The only way i could explain it, is as if there is a projector with a film playing a movie with the light turned off, then when the light turns on, it plays that memory back at that given point is when the light turns on, or in other words, i start getting the hot sensation, then the de ja vu starts happening at the section in the film square. I hope that makes sense.. Is this a product of my turrets syndrome? Is this a bigger hidden in plain site problem that is slowly progressing? Im worried because when this happens to me sometimes i throw up. Idk if its due to the weirdness of the situation, makes my body confused and wants to get something out that could be causing this...? What mental disabilities could cause them to throw up after intense de ja vu, or memory flash back, or am I possibly seeing the future? XD just kidding lol but in all seriousness sometimes it feels like i am seeing false memories..

Hi good morning. I’m not a doctor but what your going through could be some ptsd (post traumatic stress) symptoms..you can get flash backs to events that happened in your life that you’ve buried due to some trauma..just a thought..you could also be disassociating..I have experience d this ..I had periods where I had lost hours during the day..sent my kids off to school in the morning then became aware just before I had to meet them at the bus I had been sitting there for hours it was very scary.. also you feel like your not really there like your in an alternate universe I use to have to go around and touch all the walls and furniture to bring me back to reality..this is what I was told to do by my therapist..I don’t know if this helps or if I explained it well..if so keep me posted..it would be awful if you had to stop smoking I smoke also for fybromyalgia and depression -anxiety it helps so much..maybe check in with therapist or psychiatrist 😊

All I can suggest is try to put up with it, you are not alone many people suffer the same thing.
