Intense Derealization

So ive been suffereing from Derealization. So just about five minutes ago i was laying down watching youtube, and then got up and used the bathroom, got up again and went down stairs to see when dinner was ready, while i was walking down stairs i got a super intense feeling of derealization like really bad i thought i was gonna have a seizure or passout or even die, im so scared and was really scared at the time, somebody tell me if this is normal, i thought i was gonna float away out of my body. Is this normal!!!????

    i also want to point out i worked my body pretty hard skating and haven't eating in a few hours with my high metabolism

      And also with that metabolism you should eath more and healthy. Low blood sugar can cause anxiety too. The unhealthy diet could be the reason for anxiety.

    It's normal with anxiety. I used to hv that when my anxiety and stress is on the peak. Mind you this feeling sometimes comes out of the blue even tho we think we're not feeling stress or anxious. Now my anxiety comes with very physical symptoms like achy back, belly pain, or needle pain that comes and goes quickly in my head.

    Oh yeah all the time

    I get were i feel in leaving my body like floating its a weightless feeling .

    All part of dr or dp which is all anxiety

    You will be ok ☺
